I feel so honoured to have supported 31 babies into the world through Acupuncture, Cupping and Kore Therapy — alongside both natural fertility and IVF.
Here are just some of the beautiful words and journeys I’ve been trusted with:
💗 “I’m now 15 weeks pregnant after a failed IVF cycle. Something shifted from the first session. Jodie is so knowledgeable and I highly recommend her.”
💗 “After years of trying and failed IVF, I had just a few sessions with you and I caught pregnant.”
💗 “We spent £7,000 on IVF that didn’t work. After just three sessions with you, I got my positive and my 12-week scan was perfect.”
💗 “Thank you… our rainbow baby would not be here without you.”
💗 “I’m 17 weeks pregnant and so grateful for your support.”
💗 “I had acupuncture on embryo transfer day. You kept me calm at the most stressful time — I’m now nearly 12 weeks pregnant.”
💗 “Within 3 months of coming back to you, we were pregnant again.”
💗 Clients with endometriosis, unexplained infertility, low egg reserve and irregular cycles have all shared their amazing news with me — including pregnancies after just 2–4 treatments.
💗 And a huge congratulations to Louise, who conceived after starting treatment in June and has now welcomed her beautiful baby boy. 💙
Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with such a special part of your journey. 🤍
Treatment to Help with Infertility
My tailored infertility treatments combine Acupuncture, Cupping and Kore Therapy to support your body during your fertility journey.
Acupuncture works to rebalance your energy flow and prepare your body for conception. It can support fertility by:
- Helping to regulate hormone function
- Increasing blood flow to the ovaries and uterus, relaxing the muscles and improving the environment for implantation
- Supporting women with PCOS by addressing underlying imbalances
- Reducing stress and promoting deeper relaxation
Kore Therapy looks at the body as a whole, focusing on alignment and gentle release techniques to bring everything back into balance. Pelvic alignment is especially important when trying to conceive—if your pelvis is struggling to support itself, it may struggle to support a pregnancy. A long neck release is also included to ease tension and stress throughout the body.
Cupping offers a warm, soothing back treatment that helps stimulate and “wake up” sluggish organs by increasing energy flow and circulation. It encourages your organs to function at their best, which is essential when trying to conceive. Cupping can also relieve tension, ease tight muscles and help clear unwanted toxins from the body.
Acupuncture When Trying Naturally
For natural conception, regular acupuncture is recommended. The most beneficial times in your cycle are:
- The follicular phase: day 5, 6, 7 or 8 (with day 1 being the first day of full flow)
- The day before, the day of, or the day after ovulation
- During implantation: 6–10 days after ovulation
This works out to around three sessions per month, except during menstruation.
Acupuncture Alongside IVF
Ideally, acupuncture, nutritional support and stress-reduction work should begin at least 3 months before starting fertility treatment.
During IVF
On the day of embryo transfer, it is recommended to have acupuncture both before and after the procedure, as close to the transfer time as possible while keeping travel stress minimal.
When taking ovarian-stimulation medication, acupuncture should be done twice weekly to support the growth of multiple follicles.
I fully understand that timing and finances can be challenging. Even if you can only come for pre- and post-transfer sessions, this can still offer valuable support. Research shows that acupuncture on the day of transfer helps with relaxation, stress reduction and improving blood flow. If this is the only time you can come, it can still make a meaningful difference.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you think I can help you in any way, it would be my absolute pleasure.
Many thanks and thanks for taking the time to read my blog post.
